Ankur Chandak is a Vice President at Cross Keys Capital where he focuses on execution and origination of middle-market M&A transactions across industrials, consumer, and business services sectors. He joined the firm in 2025, bringing over seven years of experience in mergers & acquisitions, valuation, and strategic advisory. Prior to joining Cross Keys, Ankur was at Nomura Greentech in New York City, where he worked on renewable power, digital infrastructure, and sustainable technology transactions. He began his career at Ernst & Young in New Delhi, India in the International Tax and Transaction Advisory Services practice, where he advised multinational clients on cross-border taxation, acquisitions, restructuring and due diligence.

Ankur holds an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson Graduate School of Management and is also a Chartered Accountant (India).
