Zach is a Business Development Associate at Cross Keys Capital and joined the firm in 2020. Prior to joining Cross Keys, Zach was a member of the Corporate Practice Group at Greenberg Traurig, P.A., focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and other general corporate law matters, with a specific focus on healthcare related matters.

Zach received a B.A. in Political Science from Emory University, and received a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
